Roger Federer's MAGIC 20

Roger Federer having not lost a single set in the 1st 6 matches of the Australian open 2018 looked to be the strong favourite in the final. On the other hand, Marin Cilic having had his bit of struggles and a lucky win against Rafa(retired from QF 5th set due to hip injury) was the underdog!
Federer, wasting no time raced away with 2 consecutive breaks in the 1st set to a 4–0 lead and then winning the 1st set 6–1. Enough to break the confidence of any player with that score and the approach and aggressive way of tennis by Federer in the 1st set. 2nd set had some fight by Cilic having 2 set points but couldn’t convert and then Federer forcing a tiebreaker but Cilic capitalized on the 3rd set point to win the tie break 7–5. Cilic looked pumped but Federer steamrolled Cilic in just 29 minutes to take away the 3rd set. Having a 3–0 lead in the 4th set it looked Federer all the way but then Cilic bounced back like a tiger and fought a match of his life to break Federer twice and won 6 games in a row and thus sealed the 4th set and took the match to a Decider.
But it was not just Cilic v. Federer. If you saw the match you will see Cilic v. Federer + the crowd. Federer had a huge support from the crowd whenever he was winning the points but Cilic hardly got any cheer for his points. It was a strong start for Cilic in the 5th as he was hitting winners and playing aggressive ground strokes. He had a break point in the very 1st game Federer serving but Federer somehow escaped winning that game. Federer was quite fortunate with the line calls but not Cilic as most of his strucked balls were in but called out and when challenged, the ball was in but he had to replay the point. That’s a little unfair. If you remember Federer v. Kyrgios - Miami 2017 SF final set tie break, Kyrgios was leading 5–4 and then someone from the crowd made a line call which was disruptive and Kyrgios brain faded thought it was a call by the umpire and eventually lost that point. at 5–5 Kyrgios with his usual problem of mood change in between the match couldn’t take it and from there he lost the match losing the tie break 7–5. But yes the crowd was very demotivating for Cilic as he hardly got any crowd support. I mean come on he is world no.6(world no.3 now) and he has been in top 10 for quite a long time now. The 2nd game of the 5th set was the confidence breaker for Cilic and from there he lost the match. Before the match i thought 90 minutes and 3 sets Federer but Cilic was not a complete underdog having thrashed Federer in the US open 2014 SFs in straight sets. So he had the ability and the experience.
Have to give credit to Federer’s immense level of fitness to win grand slams and play 5 setters at 36. Something unimaginable and its completely magic to win a grand slam at 30+. After winning the AO 2010 he said his ultimate goal would be to win 20 slams but that started looking a big deal once we saw the rise of Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic. He didn’t win a slam in 2011 but won the wimbledon like a king in 2012. People started questioning his fitness and age when he couldn’t win any slams in 2013. In 2014 lost wimbledon final to Djokovic in 5 sets. In 2015 he showed some massive signs of returning to world no.1 in the 2nd half after reaching finals of wimbledon and US open but couldn’t win. Djokovic edged him though for the Year end no.1 in 2015. 2016 was an unlucky year for Federer as he was out of action for most of the year and shut his season after wimbledon. Federer with a perfect plan of which tournaments to play and which not who knows if he surpasses Serena’s record of 23 slams? :)

PADMAAVAT movie review

Saw this movie FDFS.
Will directly speak on the positives and the negatives of the film
  1. Performance wise Jim Sarbh is the best with his Malik Gafoor character. Ranveer has done a good job with his psychopath villainous Khilji Character but sometimes you will see the Bajirao and Bittu(his past characters) in him. He has performed a ‘hot villain’ performance in the Khali Bali song. Shahid has done a decent job. Deepika is just ok nothing great. Aditi has done a good job in her short role as Alauddin’s wife. The Raaghav Chetan character’s performance was also quite good.
  2. You wont see the marvellousness in the film sets as Karni Sena had destroyed the sets in Rajasthan(Initially where the film was being shot). So sets are not that delightful as in usual SLB movies but still not bad.
  3. VFX is worst in the 1st half and just under average in 2nd half. The scene where Ranveer arrests an Ostrich and brings in the Khilji kingdom has the weakest VFX. Also the jungle scene is not good.
  4. Khilji’s Gay character is not focussed in the film but SLB has used it well.
  5. There is a 10 minute Jauhar scene in the climax which also has a not good VFX and somehow the makers have tried to make this scene as dramatic as possible but its too long and it will bore you in the end.
  6. One more disgusting point is that this movie showcases the greatness of Rajputs. Every now and then you will hear ‘Rajput this’, ‘Rajput that’. Not sure if this was originally made like this or the makers modified the movie to a Rajput version due to the controversies.
  7. Story is not the original Padmavati story but its partially based on the poem ‘Padmavat’ by Mohammed Jayasi. But the story is good. Movie is watchable. Overall good but not great.
Personally speaking i was expecting a more villainous and skillful Khilji. Must watch for the Rajputs. Must watch for Karni sena.
Rating: 3.5/5

Youtube - Not for the Part Timers anymore!

By reading the title you might have got many questions in your head!
But yes, its a harsh fact that you really cant be a part time youtuber. Youtube doesn’t say so but it most likely means the same.
In the past few years, there were many channels created on Youtube. Many channels where copied content were uploaded which use to cause losses to the original makers. Many channels uploaded inappropriate content like there are many channels which feature kids and the videos are not suitable for the advertisers to choose from the list of videos on which they want to play their ads on.
Previously, the moment you created your channel you could monetize your videos and ads would appear and in the subsequent months you would earn some money but in Apr-17, Youtube came up with a 10,000 views threshold on the channel to be eligible for monetizing your videos. Youtube basically didn’t want the fake, inappropriate, abusive and unoriginal content featuring channels to become Youtube partners but 10k views was not a big barrier and it didn’t prevent them from stopping. Since Jio’s inception in India, Youtube witnessed a lot of humongous number of new channels which crossed 10k views and they hardly earned $100 in 1 year. Many of those channels earned just $2–2.5 every month.
Advertisers boycotted Youtube in 2017 as they saw many of their ads were being played on inappropriate videos and channels that had a very low traffic.
Since Advertisers are more important for the Youtube business, Youtube has now come up with a new rule that new channels should have 1000 subscribers minimum and in the past 12 months the channel should have 4000hrs of watch time just to be eligible for monetization.
4000hrs makes it 2,40,000 minutes of watch time. Now say if the average video retention period is 1 minute on your channel, then you must cross 2,40,000+ views in the past 12 months.
Its not like you accumulate 1 lifetime 4000hrs of watch time in 2 or 3 years and you can apply for monetisation. They will check the watch time for past 12 months. Not a worry for the big youtubers as they get these many videos from their single video itself.
Even if you become eligible for monetisation and your monetisation turns on, you are not yet safe. You will still have to generate 4000hrs of watch time every subsequent 12 months to keep your videos monetised. And if you dont achieve this, Youtube will turn off your monetisation and the reason being low traffic. Beware as you cannot use bots to generate watch time as you cant cheat Youtube. They will detect it some day soon and your channel will be deleted from youtube.
So its a big gamble. This rule will take down the small channels and also will demotivate new creators on the platform.
If you are planning for a part time youtube career, you are risking your time because its not as easy as creating videos in free time and upload. Its not as easy as ‘You need that 1 video that goes viral’ and gives your channel a shoot up. Its more about how you play by the Youtube rules, policies, copyright issues, community guidelines. And all this managing in part time is near to impossible.
I am not demotivating you but yes you can give it a try :)

Indian Viners be like!

‘Vine’ is the word which is a latest Youtube buzz in India but few of the people know about this term.
Everywhere people as soon as they hear this term, they think its ‘Wine(alcohol)’
I once said to a Sales representative in an electronics showroom that i need a good DSLR as i make vines for my channel on youtube and he was like ‘Oh so you have a food and beverage channel? and you make alcohol stuff and post it on Youtube? wow! thats cool!’
Vine means ‘short and funny videos’ and Viner means ‘people who make and upload short funny videos on internet’
Coming to the vine industry in India, it is still not very well known but it has shown a huge market growth in India for some top Indian youtubers like Ashish Chanchlani, Harsh Beniwal, Bhuwan Bam, Mostly Sane, Hasley India, Be Younick, etc
These people are the visionaries of vine market on the Internet for India as they were inspired mostly from Logan Paul, Amanda Cerny, etc other International Youtube stars
If you look at Ashish Chanchlani’s vine channel logo it is almost the same as of Amanda Cerny’s
Ashish Chanchlani is well known for making vines on ‘That Friend who always………..’
BB ki Vines is known for his in-house videos with 12+ different characters all played by him with marvellous level of scripting and humor.
Be YouNick does make videos with professional cinematography and editing but the content is not great
Harsh Beniwal is very good in experimenting with his content.
Mostly Sane and Hasley India always keep on uploading stuff like
  1. Types of Boyfriends
  2. Types of Girlfriends
  3. Types of Ex-boyfriends
  4. Types of Ex-Girlfriends
  5. Types of perfect boyfriends
  6. Types of perfect girlfriends
And when the BF-GF part is over they switch on to stuff like
7. Types of Mothers
8. Types of Fathers
9. Types of Security guards
10. Types of people in a concert
11. Types of people in a washroom
12. Types of singers
So there are endless topics for them
2017 witnessed a lot of new Indian vine channels on youtube.
Let see if 2018 will witness some new youtube stars or will there be the Ashish, Harsh, BB, Be YouNick domination? Only time will tell as youtube has made rules favoring the big players and discouraged the new youtubers so it will be tough to rise from the new policies set by Youtube.

METACAFE issue - videos appear to be inactive

Are you facing an issue where your videos look to be ‘Inactive’ after successfull upload on Metacafe?
Don’t worry. Not an issue.
Once you successfully upload your video, it takes some minutes or sometimes even 20 minutes for the processing where your video is scanned by Metacafe programs to check for any copyrights, etc. Once processing is completed, you can add custom thumbnail and edit names of your video while your video is inactive.
Your videos are reviewed manually by Metacafe team for a number of things from titles, description, video content, etc. This takes time as Metacafe has its own process and does not have everything advanced like Youtube so be a little patient. It sometimes even takes 1 full week to make your video active and sometimes just few minutes.
Eg. I uploaded a video with title ‘Dawood: The Untold story’ and Metacafe making the video active after 1 day, they changed the title to ‘Daw*od: The Untold story’
Don’t panick if you see your videos ‘Inactive’ for a long time. You can always contact their support team.

Indian Flag v. US Dollar - The lesser known facts

Vs.

Remember last year’s ‘Amazon selling Slippers with Indian Flag themes on it’ which were boycotted by Sushma Swaraj controversy?
There were slippers, shoes and many other products themed with indian flags on it up for sale on Amazon’s site.
Some random person retweeted to Sushma Swaraj and the minister of external affairs demanded amazon to remove all those products with Indian flag as it’s themes and also demanded an apology from Amazon and if denied by Amazon she also threatened them that no further visas will be issued to amazon officials and the issued visas will be cancelled. India being a huge market, Amazon took the matter with utmost concern and removed all those products from all its websites and apologized.
Here, Our national flag was protected from disrespect.
But did you check the ‘Commando 2′(an Indian movie) poster which was released right about the same time?
It had the male lead Vidyut Jamwal running/sprinting on the US currency notes.
I am sure nobody bothered about that poster. But would we not have boycotted that poster if it had Vidyut sprinting on Indian Currency notes or Indian Flag in place of the US Dollar?
If we respect our things, we should also respect others.
US doesn’t mind if some website sells underwears with US national flags as the theme. But if we mind some website like amazon disrespecting our national flag then we should also not disrespect other’s national property.

ULLU ka Pattha means?

It means ‘dumbass’.
The term ‘ullu’ is used to refer a dumb guy because an owl doesn’t respond to your actions much.
This term was coined by a Sardarji(Punjabi guy) who once woke up in the morning at 3am to pee and spotted an owl outside his window. That window had bars. He tried to fijit but the owl didn’t respond. Here, the owl was smart because he knew that the human cant reach upto him so he was saving his energy but the punjabi guy then angry with the fact, made up his mind that owls are dumb. ‘Pattha’ is a leather belt which we use to hold up our pants and also is used to slam dumb teenagers when they make foolish or stupid mistakes.
And thus ‘Ullu ka Pattha’ means you are such a fool that even slamming you with a leather belt won’t make you any smart.

World, Stop criticing Logan Paul!

“Logan Paul vlogged a dead body” and the internet took by storm!
Many celebrities, politicians and Roasters criticised the fact or i would say spoke negatively for Logan Paul’s dead body vlog. I agree it was completely unprofessional but do you know that he is just a 22 year old?
If you check his Youtube channel description, you will see ’22 year old kid in Hollywood making crazy vlogs’
That’s my point. He is still a kid and a crazy kid. That craziness has given him 15 million+ subscribers, billions of views and made him an internet celebrity.
Secondly, he has spent his late teen years and early Vine and Youtube career with his other Youtuber mates as roommates so he has not got that much of a parental guidance during his important years.
Thirdly, he is a youtuber and content creators are always looking for some fresh content. I would say they are hungry for content.
Now, after uploading 500+ videos you would either expect him to be a highly professional youtuber but this mistake of vlogging a dead body was about to come from someone or the other and it came from Logan Paul. Can we expect not a single major mistake from 500+ videos?
Now was it not his team’s responsibility to stop him from shooting a dead body’s video? Or were they immature like Logan Paul? Will google take action against all those 600k+ accounts who liked the dead body vlog?
Logan Paul’s channel is no more a google preferred. All his upcoming projects with youtube are either terminated or on hold. Its a major punishment for Logan.
He has deleted that vlog and has given a written and a video apology. Youtubers like PewDiePie roasted Logan Paul for his unprofessionalism but sitting in front of some machines and roasting others is easy.
Even Youtube is under pressure to punish Logan Paul and it will be tough for them to understand and accept his apology and give him a 2nd chance or unhold his future projects. You never know what will happen to his Youtube channel? They can delete his channel.
Some days back Logan tweeted saying ‘Taking time to reflect. No vlogs as of now”. Can you think what a person is going through his mind and body who has vlogged 500+ videos in 500+ days and suddenly its 2 weeks of silence due to 1 mistake?
Personally speaking, I am not a Logan Paul fan nor do i watch his daily vlogs but he shouldn’t be punished so badly. He is still growing up and he is just a kid. He deserves a 2nd chance.

10 ways to earn through YouTube

So since I’m a Youtuber, many people repeatedly keep asking me ‘how much did you earn?’, ‘you are getting good views so how much money did you make from your videos?’ and i get some weird inquiry questions like ‘Hey, you get $1 for 10 subscribers right?’, ‘you get $10 for 1000 views right?’, ‘and how much do you earn if you get 100 likes on your videos?’
Let me clear these questions!
First and foremost Youtube does not pay youtubers for the number of views, likes and subscriptions.
Secondly, Youtube is not a job that you got by clearing an interview and you would get some salary at the end of the month.
Youtube is like a business and when you setup any business there involves a buffer period at the start i.e you can’t just open a restaurant and expect earnings the next day right? It takes production cost, marketing, salary of employees, etc Similarly Youtube has its own rules. Once you start a channel and once you keep uploading videos on a consistent basis, slowly slowly you get to unlock different features on your channel. Then your channel must reach 10k+ views to be eligible for monetizing your videos.
Now, its seems simple but its not that easy. You cant just cut-paste other people’s videos, modify it and upload for views. Youtube if not then, 1 day they will take action. They need original content
Lets cover some ways of earning through youtube
  1. Adsense revenue: Once you cross 10K + views on your channel, you can apply for youtube partnership. Youtube will scan your channel for any copyright strikes, community strikes and if your channel is in a good standing it will approve and then you can apply ads on your videos. Revenue generated can be checked in Adsense account. Earning CPCs differ from country to country eg. if your video gets an impression ad of some Indian movie like ‘Bahubali Trailer’ then you might earn $0.01(for 1 complete ad view) but if your video gets an Ad impression of some hollywood movie like ‘Avengers’ then you might earn $0.5(for 1 complete ad view) and so on. Earnings grow with time. Top Indian Youtubers like Ashish Chanchlani earn more than Rs5 Lacs per month through this.
  2. Affiliate marketing: There are sites like Amazon, Flipkart, sharepop which give you affiliate marketing commission if you place their product links in your video description and some person goes to that link and buys that product. You get a commission of 4–12% depending on category of product sold. Eg. Phones have 4% commission and Apparels have 10%. So if someone buys A Nautica Shirt worth Rs5000/- from your affiliate link then you get Rs500/- Same way for apps. There are apps which even give you $3 per installs. This doesn’t need any eligibility but earnings are very less at the start as web traffic will be low for new channels
  3. Sponsorships: Say for eg you are creating a travel vlog or a video on travelling. If you are a recognized youtuber and have good traffic on your channel with more than 1 lac subscribers you might get sponsorships from travel companies eg. Yatra, musafir, etc. Views on your videos and subscriber count both are considered by companies who would sponsor your videos. You will have to place their logo in your video or you can have an audio saying ‘ This video is brought to you by XYZ’. You can earn good but you need an established channel for this.
  4. Product placements: There are sites like famebit which needs 5k+ subscribers and grapevine needs 10k+ subscribers to apply for product sponsorships. For Famebit, you can earn between $50 - $500. If you have just reached 5k+ subs then don’t ask for anything above $50. If you have lacs of subs and have good web traffic on your videos then you can demand for $300. If you get millions of views on your videos then you can ask for $400-$500. Make sure you present the product in a positive way and also you promote their products with your video script i.e it shouldn’t look purposely done if you are bringing in that product in your content. You have to tell youtube by checking the box besides ‘Includes Product placements’ in advanced settings while uploading.
  5. Collaborations: If you are a recognized youtuber you can get collaboration requests from other youtubers. You can demand for some money based on how big or small their channel/production is.
  6. Channel Promotions: If you are a recognized youtuber, you will get requests for channel promotions. You can place a promotion clip of 20–30 secs at the end of your videos. You can demand money based on how big/small the other channel is.
  7. Website links: You can place your website links in your video if you have 1 and increase traffic on your website. If your website is monetized then it will give some more earnings
  8. Blog/Social media: Since you cannot put a direct clickable link for these in your videos, you can place your social media links, blog links, other video streaming site links in video description and add traffic there and earn some money
  9. Merchandise selling: Say you get many comments in your videos so you can give an offer like ‘Tell us why you like our channel? and the most genuine answer will get free merchandise. This will market your product and can lead to more buyers. You can tie up with brandzup media to make your own merchandise. You will earn good if you are a recognized youtuber.
  10. Talent Hunt competition: Say you are a recognized Chef and you come up with a contest on your channel ‘Most Innovative Recipes’ and the Winner will get a chance to feature in 1 video. You get 1000s of recipes from participants which is also an earning. Plus sharing of knowledge will definitely grow your channel. Another example would be say you are a recognized Viner and you come up with a contest ‘Best Mimicry of you’ will get a chance to work with you in your upcoming ventures, etc That also is an indirect earning.
So here are the 10 basic ways to earn from youtube. There are very less earnings unless your channel is small. But yes you earn a lot if you keep uploading good content and keep growing your channel. But yes, there are rules at every step. Do read the Youtube and adsense policies carefully because 1 mistake can bring you down to zero no matter how pure, original, good or appreciative work you are doing on your channel.
Tip: Subscribe to some tech channels as they bring in latest Youtube news which will keep you aware all the time of what to do and what not to do on YouTube
All the best if you are now going to take up YouTube as your career :)

TCS ID-cards should have mobile numbers

I was travelling through an NMMT bus(Andheri -> Seepz) and unusually that day i took my Id-card out of my bag and kept in my shirt’s pocket. I then took the Rs9 ticket by giving a Rs20 note. The conductor gave me the ticket but he didn’t have the change and asked me to wait for the change. While i was 2 stops away from reaching my destination(Seepz) i reminded him of the change. He gave me only Rs1. I reminded him that he needs to return Rs11 and not just Rs1. The Conductor did not agree and then i argued with him and while i took the ticket out of my shirt pocket in frustration and in that moment of anger, my office ID-card fell in the bus and i didn’t realize as i was shouting out loud on that conductor. Conductor was then convinced and he returned the remaining Rs10. Meanwhile my stop arrived. I got down and while passing through my office gate, i checked my pocket and my bag and there was no ID-card. More frustrations in the day. I looked back and the bus was gone. It was an NMMT bus which has lesser network than BEST in Mumbai so there were no Bus depots for NMMT i could find.
I tried to reach out to NMMT via their Facebook page and their website. I also emailed them for my lost Id-card but there was no response from them. I tried giving phone calls which were never received. I also took this case of mine to Twitter using the trending hashtags including #NMMT which were retweeted by 3 unknown people. Next day, i visited the Airoli Depot with hopes of getting my Id-card back. There were slim hopes as i was in the thought process that i had a huge fight with the bus conductor and thus he might have thrown my ID-card in some garbage as a chance of revenge. In NMMT section of Airoli Depot, I entered and met the same bus conductor. I asked but he said he did not find any ID-card. I asked some other members over there. They didn’t find any such Id-card. I was furious and i left from there.
Next day morning i received a mail from an unknown TCSer stating that he has my Id-card and he gave his contact no. I was happy that some one(non-TCSer) found my lost Id-card and as a responsible citizen tried to find a TCSer friend of his and then he handed over my ID-card to him. I then met that guy and collected my Id-card and was very happy. I got my Id-card after 5 days.
Now you would think what is the big deal in losing an Id-card? Just to let you know the Id-card jacket also had my Seepz Gate pass which if lost costed a penalty of Rs1000/- and a Police complaint to be filed if lost and also an affidavit stating it which would cost around not less than Rs500/- and i had already suffered a loss of Rs400 due to lost TCS Id-card. So just saved Rs1500/- thanks to some responsible humane citizens in the world.
If my TCS id-card had a mobile number printed on it then i would not have had to face the Rs400 penalty as well because the person who found it would have called on to my number and i might have got my Id-card back maybe within an hour or on that same day itself.
So Id-cards should have mobile numbers.

Mumbai Traffic - Who is responsible?

Everytime when you travel during peak hours you will usually see heavy road traffic.
Imagine a 6 seater Car with only 1 passenger and a BEST bus with a seating capacity of 52 is overloaded with 90+ passengers. Who is conributing to the traffic?
People blame the Government for not having enough options like skywalks, subways, wide metro networks
Population is huge but still we can reduce the road traffic in Mumbai.
There are Auto-Rickshaws with a seating capacity of 3 but only 1 person is travelling in a rickshaw most of the time. Who is contributing to the traffic?
Why not use a sharing rickshaw where you can save your money as the fares will get split into 3, also there will be 1 rickshaw on the road instead of 3. So don’t you think there will be less traffic and you can reach office in lesser time?
Why use a 6 seater when you have Cab pools and OLA share cabs. They provide you the AC facility and complimentaries as well. Imagine 6 six-seaters on the road and a CAB pool with 6 passengers. Would it not reduce the traffic? Just think how much space on the road would those extra 5 seaters take up?
Have you ever thought of the roads that take so much weight of your vehicles? Have you ever thought of the traffic police and how tough their job is in the hot sun? Have you ever thought of the bus conductors who have to penetrate through the 90+ rush?
Why blame the Government when we can optimize our thinking and contribute to lessening the road traffic in Mumbai. :)

Be Positive

Apne baarey mei hamesha achcha socho kyu ki buraai karne k liye puri duniya padi hai :)

There  are people who will always try to find faults whatever you do no matter how good you do.

I have a friend of mine whose hip bone got broken after an accident in his army training.
He returned home since his hip needed a surgery. He was operated and was at bed rest for 3 months. People kept saying that he wont be able to work anywhere as he was not walking properly even after recovering properly. People even said no girl would marry him and called him a 'langda' meaning a person who cannot walk properly. After 8 months he took a decision to work for his family. He took up a job in a call center. Life had just started to shape up and then just within  2 months of joining that workplace, his operation failed. It was a disgusting thing for him to know that his operation failed after 10 full months.
He was operated again and things were very critical as his father pre-maturely retired from his merchant navy career to look after his 23 year old son.
His family also was in a financial trouble after lakhs spent on his 2nd operation.
After 6 months of bed rest he was prescribed to practice sitting and then after a total of 15 months he was able to walk properly.
It took him more than 2 years when he again started walking normally :)
And today he works at a KPO and earns 15k per month and looks after his small family
He never felt bad what people told him and thought of him. He stayed positive.
Today, when i see him i feel proud that my friend has successfully combated his hip problem and is now back in action.

Where there is a vision there is always a scope

Vision is something you see having potential which might turn beneficial in future.
Scope in simple terms would be something or a place where you can go and perform.
Visionaries are people who have an idea which needs nourishment and support so that it grows and performs in future.
Imagine the taskbob founders who once struggled to find a geyser mechanic. Even we deal with such situations in our daily lives but they took it seriously. They created a startup ‘TaskBob’ to service daily needs of people like AC mechanic, Geyser mechanic, etc which they then expanded to Cabs and Maid services. And today, you all know how much life is easy with apps like taskbob
Here, the Taskbob founders were visionaries with an aim i.e a vision to provide home services in quick time and cheap rates.
Imagine a cab driver signing a contract to work with Taskbob for giving cab services. Here he will see the scope in taskbob i.e Taskbob company’s past, profile, Turn overs, Job safety, etc
Every Vision need not turn successfull. There are failures, There are risks, there are uncertainties, legal and cultural reasons. So very few visions reach the dream come true point.
But yes, where there is a vision there is always a scope! You just need to decode the success mantra and work hard and smart for it :)
